And, They’re Off! Celebrating The Kentucky Derby

The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled two officially licensed Kentucky Derby 150th Anniversary Bobbles on Thursday prior to Saturday’s 150th running of the Kentucky Derby. The limited-edition bobbles are the first Kentucky Derby bobbles in nearly 20 years and the first to incorporate the iconic Twin Spires. They are being produced by the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, an official licensee of Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby.

Both officially licensed bobbles, which are expected to ship in August, are available at this link. The Churchill Downs Twin Spires Bobble is the first bobble to incorporate the iconic Twin Spires, with both spires bobbling. The limited-edition collectible features the grandstand filled with fans behind the track. The sign above the grandstand includes the years of the first Derby, which was in 1875, and the 150th Derby, which is on Saturday. The base and back of the bobblehead feature the Kentucky Derby 150th Anniversary logo.

The Kentucky Derby 150th Anniversary Bobble Logo features the 150th anniversary logo bobbling over a base with a rose pattern. The Twin Spires Bobble is $40, the BobbleLogo is $30, and a set of two is available for a discounted price of $65. The Hall of Fame and Museum offers an $8 flat-rate shipping charge per order. Both bobbles will be individually numbered.

“We’re thrilled to be teaming up with Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby to offer sports fans across the world the opportunity to commemorate the historic 150th running of the Kentucky Derby with two special edition bobbles,” National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum co-founder and CEO Phil Sklar said. “We think fans will love these limited-edition collectibles celebrating the historic Churchill Downs Twin Spires and the 150th Kentucky Derby.”
